1000 hour is a great salon brand. These little hair mascaras are fantastic for in-between salon visits or to touch up the sides and roots of the hair. The size is fantastic to sit in the car, a purse or handbag.

The mascaras literally work the same way as an eye mascara but obviously you use them on your hair. The mascara glides on easy and deposits a nice amount of colour offering good coverage over both grey and coloured strands. The mascara has good staying power and can be easily shampooed out when finished.

These are such a good product for when you need a quick fix!

1000 Hour Hair Colour Mascara is great for covering regrowth and random gray stands between dye jobs. It’s pretty easy to use, you apply it directly around the forehead hairline area using light, short strokes. The color comes straight off with shampoo which makes this a great little quick fix. Be sure not to mistaken it for your regular mascara, you do not want to be putting this anywhere near your eyes.

I bought this product on special to try out as I am frustrated by how quickly my gray roots show after a dye job. The dark brown is a perfect shade for my hair & its very easy to apply. I use it around my forehead area because I pull back my hair into a ponytail most days. I don't use much product each time, never redipping the wand, so I assume it will last a long time. I tend to get a few flyways catching on the brush bristles when I use it but this doesn't bother me. It says it shampoos out but I have noticed that when I wet my hair in the shower without shampooing, the product is usually removed. Maybe because I only apply it thinly? Anyway, I am very happy with this product & I will buy it again.

When I did my review for the 1000Hr Hair Color Stick, I said that it was a wonderful product but the 1000Hr Hair Color Mascara is even better.

I love the fact that it is packaged exactly like a mascara so that the brush can easily and thoroughly coat the hair with colour. When I dye my hair, the first hairs that start to lose the dye are the ones surrounding my face. So a quick swipe of this hair color mascara before I go out quickly conceals the fact that I've dyed my hair. LOL !!!

It does not leave my strands with thick clumps of dye either as colour can be added gradually with each stroke of the brush. In fact, my touched up hair looks very natural and does not feel dry and stiff.

This product is so easy and quick to use that no one who colours their hair regularly should be without it. I call it my "hair life saver" and will be buying this product for years.

I absolutely adore that this product and at present, I don't think there is a better hair colour touch up product on the market that is so simple to use.

I use this in the dark brown colour, in between colouring or as a touch up when I notice a few greys appearing.
I use it on my crown and parting, it extends the length of time I have before I have to fully recolour.
It stays where you apply it and washes out well when you shampoo.

I love this stuff... I'm starting to notice some random greys in my hair between dye jobs. As soon I I did I reached for this handy tube of hair mascara. It's pretty self-explanatory and easy to use, just swipe the wand over the 'offending' hairs and they disappear. It blends in straight away and washes out.

I love this stuff!!! Such a simple invention but so amazing.

This is a great product that helps me disguise my greys in between colouring. Easy to use and lasts until washed out with shampoo. Good size wand & bottle which lasts me ages. Good price, especially when on special at Priceline!

Love it. Didn't know something like this existed, but so glad it does. My grey hairs have a habit of appearing very quickly on my temples & near my ears. With this product I can quickly & affectively cover those nasties until my next colour : )

I love it!! When I need to go to a meeting and I notice the little greys in my fringe, I use my 1000 hour mascara and it is fixed in seconds. It is one of my favorite beauty products!!
