I'm a regular user of home hair colourants as I've got a fair amount of greys to cover. I used 6-65 Sunset Brown (Summer Browns Range). Compared to most other brands, there was less product in this box. I usually use a single box for two root-only applications: I carefully measure out half of the developer & half the colour crème, then save the UNMIXED remainder for my second application. With other brands, this technique works efficiently, but I had difficulty stretching the mixture to cover all of my roots. There wasn't enough of the after-colour treatment either - I had to add conditioner. My hair felt very coarse & knotty after colouring, but it was back to normal after my next shampoo.

The colour looked natural & vibrant at first, but it quickly faded & I had peeking greys far sooner than I should have. The greys weren't all regrowth: my hair didn't hold the colour, it just washed away!

After a dye disaster with a "Bronde" kit leaving my daughter's hair an unwanted orange tone I was seeking a gentle product that would remove the orange tones without causing further damage to the hair. This one seemed to tick all the boxes.

You get in the pack 50ml colour creme, 50ml developer, gloves, instructions and a 15ml sachet of argan oil conditioner for after. The mix is interesting, smells totally different to any box dye I've ever used, kind of a musk frangrance, a nice change. It mixes well and is easy to apply to the hair, it doesn't drip and easily coats the hair.

If you had longer than shoulder hair then get 2 or 3 boxes, one was just enough for my daughter's above shoulder lob. The colour came out perfectly, just beautiful. It was very glossy and the conditioner smelt delicious - be nice if there was a little more than 15mls but it does a great job.

The colour was just right, it took away all the orange tones and her hair is now a lovely clean dark blonde with no warm tones at all. Very impressed with this one and will keep a few packs in the cupboard, great performer for the price.

I bought this to lighten my natural medium blonde hair but it went an orangey strawberry blonde instead. It was a completely different colour to the shade on the box and not what I wanted, it didn't lighten my hair very much either. I followed the instructions and I was using it on mostly non-dyed hair so I don't know how it could go so wrong.

That said, my hair seemed quite soft and shiny afterwards and didn't seem damaged. It is an affordable product but I would avoid the blonde shades. Maybe if you were wanting darker or brighter hair, this product would be good.

I have bought this hair dye on several occasions in "dark brown" and have been satisfied with the result every time. The colour comes out rich and nourishes the hair leaving it super soft and shiny. For the cheap price tag, this product is great value for money!

I just used this and m surprised with the results. It left my hair feel very soft and shiny. The colour is lovely and I only took one star off as it is darker than expected. I am naturally a level 6-7 so I used medium blonde 8. I used an 8 last time with Loreal excellence and the napro is definitely at least a shade darker. However, it left my hair feeling much nicer than the Loreal did and it does seem to have covered the greys well. I think this left my hair in much better condition than more expensive brands. The conditioner is lightly and scented and works well. My hair was left soft and very shiny and the colour is pretty.

It lasted quite a long time in my hair, so i was quite happy with it.
Good Price for a quality hair dye, don't bother spending lots of money. It wasn't harsh on the hair and didn't fade for a while,It made hair shiny and soft.
