There’s nothing we love more at beautyheaven than discovering a new brand but also doing our bit to support small (and all) businesses. Here are some beauty products you didn’t know you needed that we’ve recently discovered (and thought you should know about too!).
Beauty Products You Didn’t Know You Needed
The Booty Co Smoothing Booty Scrub
For many of us, summer time means having your booty (and legs) on display in swimmers. But having the confidence to put them on show can be daunting. With all the (totally normal and) very real lumps and bumps that come with your bum, why not polish up your peach and feel proud to show it off? This super-fine scrub will have you seeing a big boost in your skin’s circulation, increasing your collagen production and all-round booty suppleness. Enriched with a list of ultra-nourishing, skin-loving ingredients (think the likes of jojoba oil and vitamin E), your booty will be beyond hydrated and happy.

La Mav® Anti-Ageing Face Tan Serum
Our fave products to come across are multi-function godsends that lend themselves to ‘two-in-one’ benefits. So we’re sure you’d know our joy when we came across this La Mav hydrating serum (first tick) that also tans your face (glowing tick two) AND works in anti-ageing benefits (a triumphant trio of ticks). With the tan developing over the course of 24-48 hours, the skin-loving (blemish-free formula of course) ingredients such as co-enzyme Q10 and argan oil set to work immediately hydrating and smoothing out signs of fine lines. It’s a win, win, WIN.

Aesthetics Rx AHA Cream Cleanser
This blend of cleverly incorporated ingredients makes for the perfect skin-cleansing accompaniment to dry, mature or sensitive skin. The ultra-hydrating formula not only works to gently remove makeup, it bolsters your skin’s barrier as you cleanse. The inclusion of hard-working fruit enzyme AHAs will leave your skin smoother and brighter while tasman pepper is able to work away skin sensitivity, soothing your skin and removing any redness.

Which product are you going to give a go this month?
Im using isocol all the time now. T
Isocol is the bomb! I love it and I first learnt about it right here on BH!
Such a lot of great products and well known brands, Swisspers Cotton Makeup Pads are so useful and an every day item in my makeup case.
Swisspers are the best! I soak them in serum and use them as undereye masks!
Haven't heard of Restoria, but find the product interesting. It sounds like a gentle way to deal with grey hair.
The mirror looks good.
You can never have too many mirrors and that looks fab!
The LED mirror would come in handy!
I have a very similar LED mirror from another brand, it's very handy when the lighting in your room isn't ideal.
Sebastian Professional sounds AMAZING!!!
I'm just getting another body lotion. Nearing the end of one in use.
Think I need the Gaia bath time for myself atm. Isocol is handy to have especially in these current times. Swiss pers make the best makeup remover pads. Their cotton buds are my favs too!
I love swisspers, nothing beats them. My daughter tried the Napro dye, it looks quite purple on the box but was not very vibrant in her dark blonde hair.
Neither do I, Oktako!!
So many products
I seem to see isocol in a lot of this types of articles…. or was it always in this one article?
Some lovely products
I would love to have the mirror but space won't permit. The Taft gel might have to go on my next shopping list for my son.
I've found a new use for the Swisspers Cotton Pads. I put a few drops of essential oil on one and drop it in my central heating intake vent & within seconds my whole house smells wonderful.
What an awesome idea –
What a brilliant hack!
Lots of products and a few there I definitely need. Hair colour, hand sanitizer, and hand wash all on my list.
New hair colour coming up this weekend.
im keen on the hand wash and bubble bath by GAIA
Since I don't know how long it will be before I can get to the hairdresser, I am tempted to do a DIY job
Haha, I don't think I need the spiking gel.
Ooh, I'd like that mirror
I didn’t realise these products come from small businesses.
None there for me – my credit card is happy!!
I use the Swisspers cotton pads. I could probably do with the Restoria colour restoring shampoo during lockdown.
I love the Swisspers, I've just started using them, and I use them often!
I have lockdown greys and might have to look at doing a home colour very soon.
Can't buy many of the 30% less sugar free rapid loss drinks anymore, banana hasn';t been available since last year!!
I'd like to try the Gaia baby bubble bath. I'm happily using their baby powder at the moment
I like the two hair dyes.
I currently use Napro Pallete but am interested in trying the colour restore shampoo
I use makeup removing pads however I don't purchase Swisspers but a much cheaper brand which is fantastic value, excellent quality and you can buy it at The Reject Shop. I have no complaints!
The Bump and Nair will suit my sensitive skin and the Mason Pearson Comb and OPI Minis are just luxe and gorg.
Definitely a few summer essentials on this list!
Wow, SPF oil, who would have thought?
The VS Sassoon Steam Straight looks like it will go on my Christmas list.
The Steam Straightener looks great.
The Nair shower cream works well
I love the smell of the Reef oil. Want to try that Aveeno scrub. Round micro beads yes!
I’ve not tried any of these as yet but the Aveeno Skin Brightening Daily Scrub and the VS Sassoon Steam Straight Brilliance are now on my radar.
None of this months products are things I need, I have really thick hair, if the comb had wider spaces between the bristles it would be better suited to me.
Yes I have really thick hair too -In fact I bought some thinning scissors which helps take out some of the bulk.
I haven’t used a Nair hair removal cream for a long time – I wonder what their formula’s are like these days – the coconut scent sounds nice.
I found Nair not as good as Veet
I won the Yours Only moisturiser in a BH competition, I think it would be great for anyone who has sensitive skin or doesn’t want body products with smells that clash with their perfume.
There’s nothing there that I need.
There’s nothing for me in the latest batch of products.
I’ll take some Nair.
Coconut shower cream sounds inviting…creamy coconuts?
I haven’t tried any of these products ! But I certainly now have my eye on a few
I want the Mason Pearson comb!
I have a bamboo comb by Toni &Guy which is similar to the Mason Pearson one and absolutely love it.
