Team bh put Dove deodorant to the test

When it comes to finding the perfect deodorant, there are a series of tests the product in question first has to pass. Not only does it have to eliminate odour and protect against the embarrassment of sweat marks, but to be truly deserving of its ‘Holy Grail’ accolade it also has to prevent one other thing: white marks. (Shopping for clothes is already hard enough without having to change our colour choices because of some powdery residue.)

To do this, five of us wore different colours of the rainbow and applied Dove Invisible Dry Aerosol Deodorant to one of our underarms. Once we’d applied a liberal amount (we may have even got a tad carried away with our spraying), we then applied another brand of aerosol deodorant to our other underarm.

As you can see from the results above, it does in fact protect clothes from white marks – no matter what colour. (And as for those unsightly sweat marks, bh’s Deb has been using this deodorant for a while now and has never seen a single yellow stain on any of her outfits.)
