When do I get promoted in the point system??

TRY unticking your ticked boxes in your profile and then reticking. I know it sounds crazy but it might work. Also make sure you’ve ticked everything, no matter what – e.

hi. I need some help. I have been on 800 or so points for ages now and still not in the next level of ‘pointship’. My profile keeps saying ‘update your details and get 750 points to reach the next level’ but I’ve DONE THAT!! I don’t even want to buy anything today in the beautytorium as I WANT TO GO UP A LEVEL!! please help/advise 🙂 xo

Hi – I remember my daughter getting an email from Bh when she reached 370 points – which she had to click on to then move up to the next level. Have you clicked on your email taht Bh would’ve sent sometime ago now? (If you go into your email outlook you can search ‘beautyheaven’ and all the emails Bh has sent to you will come up (a bit like googling within your email section). Then try and find the email Bh sent you way back when you would have got to your 370 points mark and click on the link in the email to get onto your next level. HOpe this helps Discokef.

Im only a newbie so I cant answer your question…but I have another one for all the expert BH’s out there…

can you only ever earn 50 points from responding in threads? It mentions that its capped at 50…is that 50 a week or 50 for good… i will be a BH newbie forever that way!

Discokef, TRY unticking your ticked boxes in your profile and then reticking. I know it sounds crazy but it might work. Also make sure you’ve ticked everything, no matter what – e.g. the last point relating to being a parent doesn’t have everything covered, my “children’ are grown and married, but you do need to have a tick in every place. If this doesn’t work I’d email BH team, but not while Beautorium is on.

Marie, forum points are 50 total but you can start a thread, 5 points for reviews and 1 point each time you comment via the Home Page blog.
