I was confused at first, but reading the points queries made it clear.

I have not yet spent any points at the beautorium yet. Always thought i will save up first and do a huge splurge in one go 🙂

thanks for your query. As some of the bh members have explained, the reason you can see some activity showing zero points in your points tally is because you will have reached your points cap for this activity. Replies in the forum are capped at 100 points.

I must admit I was a bit confused too when I first started to comment , I got confused about what was a forum and what was a comment.. But as they suggested to you go up to your user name and it gives you all the info you need. Best of luck

One final question, how come when you reply to some forum threads you get points and on some others you don’t?

Yes, Ellevs is correct. I can scroll back through the different pages to see how I have earnt points and it also lists the points I have spent in Beautorium. The points are listed as the total for the transaction though, they are not itemised for each product.

If you click on your user name at the top you can check your balance 🙂

If you’re on a desktop computer, look in the top right hand corner of this page, click on your name, then if you click on “my points” it comes up what you’ve earnt .. it shows your comments and things like that .. i havent spent any yet, but i assume that it would come up there
