Welcome to the forum, Okatko. I’m sure you’ll love it here, the forum is such a great escape xx

I just recently joined bh and can’t wait to go shopping but I don’t think I’ll have enough points for a while to make the $10 postage fee worthwhile. Oh well I’ll guess I’ll just have to window shop and drool for a while.

Hi, Okatko! You have to hit silver level (351 points) before you can partake in Beautorium, so write some reviews & you`ll build up your points.

Thankyou. I am waiting on a few reviews to be approved. I am so happy to have stumbled across this community. (I’d call it a website but it’s so much more than that. It’s therapy for me, retail and otherwise). I’ve been on a beauty hiatus (young kids) so I’m a bit out of practice with the make up techniques and know how. I love that I can get advice, different opinions and ideas. I like sharing my own thoughts on make up etc and I’ll try to be a valuable and helpful member of bh. I can’t promise to contribute often and I might disappear for awhile but I’ll always hope to return.

Welcome! There are some of us who disappear and then reappear again so we are used to that, just keep on on coming round when you can.

Welcome to the forum Okatko. This is indeed the right place to come to learn all about beauty and to get tips from other members. Your input will certainly be valued. Good luck with building up points to spend in the Beautorium, whether it`s the next one or the one after that.

I make a practise to get anything I’d be disappointed I missed out on as soon as it comes up – otherwise I wait until I can get more than one item for the same amount of postage.

Eyeream, sometimes there are some items which almost everyone would like so many of us miss out then but overall the distribution is really good.

I still haven’t actually spent anything in Beautorium as nothing has ever really caught my eye. A part of me is hoping that changes this time round 🙂 I also wasn’t aware of how they worked out points to price so that was cool information! Many thanks.

I have been a BH member for 5 years and accumulated my points. But i have yet spent any on Beautorium. I keep thinking if i accumulate more points i can get better stuff 🙂

There are usually a couple of really big ticket items which everyone wants but nobody has enough points for, so it`s a good strategy, jillian!

    • 6 yrs, 2 mths ago

You can certainly purchase better products if you have thousands of points, jillian but on the other hand if you spend some of those points you usually get lots of lovely samples to try out and, of course, review and earn more points.

Haha Jillian I had to check out how many points you`ve got. Sorry for being nosy.

There are usually some good hair equipment for 2000+ points. I might start saving for a GHD (I think I saw it for about 4500 points…)… mine is 10 years old!
