Pamala Noon – Groupon Scam Warning

WARNING GROUPON DEAL WITH PAMALA NOON A SCAM!!!! saying I am Disgusted with this women would not give justice to how I feel and perceive I have been treated by her shonky business dealings – AFTER I directly spoke to Pamala Noon outlining what area I wanted the Groupon purchased fillers for she reassured me the Groupon deal would cover that area with no problems. I pay and try to Book an apt only to be told the fillers are conducted by a nurse (not a qualified Dr or no Dr even present) and are only done on Tues between 10-2pm the receptionist rudely told me this is outlined on the deal, when I informed her I had the deal in front of me and there was no mention of this I got brushed off – so after taking an annual leave day I go to my apt only to be shown to a small room half used for storage and to my utter shock told by the nurse I had to pay an extra $140 as the Groupon filler is not suitable for the area I had booked in for!! Pamala is called in and surprise surprise conveniently she does not recall the conversation….so I am left with a “Oh well we will refund your money or you pay an extra $140”!!! What choice do I have after taking a leave day off work and making arrangements to attend this booking!!! I ack the voucher states “treatment only if suitable” what it doesn’t state is I confirmed if the filler that is used as part of the package was suitable for the area I wanted with Pamala herself who reassured me it was BEFORE I went ahead with the apt, no surprises here the extra $140 was payment for a filler suitable for the area leaving no doubt Panala Noon has no idea what she is talking about, what she is booking clients in for OR she is a very clever scam artist knowing the vast majority of people work and would take time of to attend an apt and felt trapped as I did. I pay the extra though I am now frustrated and disgusted with this business and again surprise surprise the end outcome looks no different to the start and days later besides tenderness and swelling there is absolutely no difference at all considering the nurse stated fillers were an immediate effect!!!! I wonder how many other people have purchased a Groupon voucher believing they were getting a discounted deal, had the procedure confirmed with Pamala herself for profit suitability and then stabbed for extra when you got there with her staff claiming the Groupon product was not suitable and Pamala “forgetting” the advice she gave and left with paying the full amount anyway – what a SCAM I am posting this everywhere I can in a warning to others to say away from Pamala Noon as I wish someone had advised me and if this only helps one or two people out then that is a win – you don’t get a bargain here look at a far reputable specialist then this shonky women!!

If you contact Groupon they will assist. I had an issue with a massage a couple of years back and I didnt get what I paid for, complained to Groupon and they made the massage company refund my money. If groupon get a bad rap then they lose customers so its in their best interest to help consumers as they are advertising for them.

Agree this isn’t spam but it is a true story and I cant see it being any different to a product review.

I tried the Groupon deals also and booked in for hols in May this year (One for 20units Allergan botox and another for the 1ml filler (basic ” thin” Juvederm) .

The receptionist knew I had the two different service deals when I booked for the appt.

Its not until you arrive that the nurse tells you you can only use one deal & then rants on about Groupon deals to get new clients in blah blah blah. They need to word their ads more clearly –

Definitely know what the lady is saying – its an “In/Out” service No real consults. No numbing or ice-pack. Pretty dodgy and unprofessional but hey for the discount price people will go there….once. I found it ok for a cheapie top up but I wouldn’t
    go back.

Its pretty unreasonable though that she expects the clinic to know what she needs
over the phone and she should’ve read the Groupon terms.

This isn’t spam, she’s just having a rant. I get it. I bought some really lousy Chinese takeaway last night and I’ve been ranting to my husband all day about how I’m going to give them bad reviews on every site I can find. Fortunately for the restaurant I’m too lazy for that, but I get wanting to warn people off.

I did a Google search for Pamela Noon. Based on the following thread, she has a questionable reputation:

    I also found the following:

I don’t know if we could call someone joining BH for a one-off vent as spam. Do people take much notice of such posts?
