yup moisturising could help, perhaps try one that can even out skin tone

oh ok, it probably could be something to do with the sun. sometimes you just get them , like little permanent goosebumps. if you dont have dryness or any reaction to anything, try exfoliating and moisturising that might get rid of them

    they arent bumpy.
My arms are fairly normal when it comes to dryness
theyr about the size of a pinhead i think ive had them for as long as i could remember
I used to spend alot of time in the sun could that have anything to do with it?

I get these too, it depends are they pin head size, or bigger, is the texture the same as your skin or is it slightly drier?
I have both, the little ones is just a lack of pigmentation, the bigger different texture ones could be a fungal infection, or a form of mild eczema, you could try washing with Selsun Blue 5 (in the yellow bottle) I know this kills fungal infection on the skin, but I would recommend visiting a doctor who may refer you to a dermatologist.

are they little bumps? because i use to get them too. they were also red sometimes. it could be dry skin, is your skin around that area dry? maybe you`ve had a reaction to something? it is a bit far fetched but it could also be a condition called vitilaigo. i think it occurs commonly amongst people with darker or olive skin. its where there are patches of white pigmentless skin around your body. but it is most likely a reaction or dry skin. perhaps see a doctor or tell your local pharmacist if you are worried.
