I am always chopping and changing, although I am liking the condition of my hair since only using salon type quality shampoo and conditoner rather than supermarket ones. I always use Moo Goo once or twice a week then use whatever has my fancy at the time, lol. I like trying different ranges for different things, ie body, conditioning, frizz etc, lately I have had Goldwell, DeLorenzo and Redken. still enjoy looking for other recomendations of something new to try next, lol.

Pretty much every brand does them so you can take your pic! Basically using something silicone free will do it – like the nature`s organics, organic care range (like $3 from supermarket/priceline!). But heaps do them.

so that is a myth about changing your products??? really?

I don`t change unless I have a problem – or I simply want to try something new! It`s a myth that you have to change your hair products frequently. All you need is a clarifying shampoo maybe once a month to get rid of product build up, and you`ll be fine. If you`ve got a good thing going – stick with it!
