What’s your worst OMG beauty moment

Oh man Kat1, that had me in stitches. One of my in laws is a beautician, and she regularly does brazilians/hollywoods for women. She hates it so much, but she gets paid extra – probably because no one else there wants to do it!

that is embarassing because you have to carry it around with you until it fades. bring on the long sleeves. lol 🙂

Lol Princess, I don`t blame you for not going back, I wouldn`t either!
My story is a few years ago I was experimenting with fake taner and I didn`t really know too much about it, I just though you simply spray it all over and get a great tan. So I did that, unfortunately it was clear and I wasn`t really sure which places I had sprayed before. So I went to sleep and got dressed and ready to go out and I went out into the sun and looked at my new tan. I was mortified to see my legs were all uneven and I had missed some areas at the back of my leg and my skin looked very patchy and my arms were just as bad! Luckily I can do it much better now! Haha.

haha once i bought that nads eyebrow wax kit i was 13.. i used the aplicator pen and put it on pulled the cloth strip nd along with hair i pulled off half my eyebrow skin. i had a big scab above that eyebrow for 2 weeks. i got teased so much

I remember when i was about 13 (i`m 20 now), i had a really bad pimple. So, my 13-year old logic told me that i could just scrub it off with a loofa glove.. The upshot was that i ended up with a big red graze (about inch wide) that then turned into a gross scab that lasted three weeks, and torment from my peers six.. Just love adolescence..

Gorgeous Robyn – Oh dear… I have one that is similar, but nowhere near as bad. Caused me a bit of panic at the time though! I was about to go out, so put on a mudmask, felt the tingling, and thought `great, my skin`s going to be glowing!` Not quite glowing, more bright red and blotchy! It did settle down though, after a heap of Aloe Vera slathered on it.
Another one would have been when I was out with some friends, and I must have rubbed my eye. Of course my eye makeup streaked, and my friends didn`t let me know until the trip back home. I have soo embarassed!

and as for the anal bleaching Kat1, i`m so glad i was just in the vichy shower, i`m sure the therapist was too. hehehe.

That would be embarrassing, poor princess. I did work experience at a beauty therapist`s when I was 16, a transvestite came into the salon & had some anal bleaching done, the most disgusting thing I`ve probably ever seen, I`m sure your therapist has experienced worse, it turned me off a career in that industry.

OMG eles – talk about a relaxing massage! At least it worked for one person – a bit of a rude suprise for both of you – I hope there was no bruising! – ouch!

Oh Princess, I am crying after reading your story, hehe, that must have been so humiliating!!!! My story is not what happened to me, but what I did to a client when I was a beauty therapist…I had a very late night and next day was feeling so tired and headachey, I was doing a facial and performing a facial massage and the soft music, the steam and the smell of the soothing oils were making me feel so drowsy and I was in a very nice slow rythm massaging her face and she was breathing so slowly and relaxed and CLUNK!! I had fallen asleep and my head dropped and I headbutted the client. I was so embarrassed!! I could not think of any reasonable excuse so I just told her the truth, thank goodness she laughed.
