I do agree with Roxy-
that a dress and heels is going to prob look and feel nicer
But im heaviltyp ersonally biased since this is my standard or go to look anyway .. i realy dont like pants or jeans and wear skirts or dresses 99% of the imt anyway, and i also only wear heels.
SO tat would be my choice (and i do it regardlss fo weather, there is alwasy ways to use layers or heavy oyutwe wear if needed)
What you need to also factor in – what is YOUR Own comfort feeling or zones about these options.. do you wear heesl for your own comfy feeling or pleasure or is it a chore to do that, for only ‘making the look ‘ seem right or more cute.
SAme for the clothes.. is it how you wanan be anywy or more for y our going out partner/friends or the scene of the place..
IF thisis with a friend vs a date, and its a NEW date.. you prob wanan make a sexy impression?
Decide those things, then add in your personal taste, and see waht wins out.
I honestly think it sounds like you wanan do the des option but are woried of feeling too cold.. since you used the word cope.
I can relate. .
Im often colder, or needing to have a jacket but its worth it since i prefer the look i make – and ontop of it im always in heels, but only open /strappy ones, so i really do understand.
