What is Priceline’s Exchange Policy?

This is just a quick question, and this thread will probably be deleted after I get my answer, but what is Pricelines Exchange/refund policy? I just bought a foundation, and its way too dark for me, as the testers were every misleading. Do they offer refunds or exchanges? thanks girls 🙂

Hi, to all you who are wondering, priceline DOES have a refund policy. I do not shop there anymore, as the assistant managers gave me a hard time when I tried to return brand new, unopened products WITH a receipt. Called up customer service and was able to get a refund. However, they were still adamant that I would not get a refund in the future.

I accidentally bought two of the same gift set last week so went with the till slip to get a refund, the Priceline pharmacy was able to give me the money back on a Priceline gift card which expires in a years time. She did say that if I wanted my money back, I would have had to return it at a normal Priceline store.

I bought a 5 piece brush set a few months ago and just opened it up now. I`ve just realised it`s come with two of the same brushes and is missing one of the best brushes! Do you think I can get a refund?
    I hope so!!!

I reckon you should be able to at least get a replacement since the product is faulty! If not sometimes you can try contacting the company who made the product and explain what is wrong with it and they may give you a voucher (but i`m not sure in this case because its not broken etc).

Ok thanks I will try for the replacement. Fingers crossed! If not I`ll ask the company. It`s actually the eco tools alicia sylverstone 5 piece brush set. It came with two blush brushes and no stippling brush! I didn`t notice it as I thought one of the blush brushes was a powder brush.

Hey i work at a Priceline, our policy is that if you have your receipt and the product is unopend and unused, you can get a full refund.
If you dont have a receipt but the product is still unopend and unused you should be able to get an exchange. But if you have used it they will probably not do either because they are unable to sell it once you have used it.
If you are really unhappy with the colour you could give the company a call, they are usually pretty good and will try to help you out. 🙂

I have exchanged unopened over-the-counter medicine from them because I bought the wrong one.

I`ve also returned eyeliner from them, it looked opened because it didn`t have a seal but I bought it like that and didn`t use it. They didn`t even check to see that the other products on shelf were unsealed!

From experience though they only let you exchange and return from the branch you purchased it from.

It sucks that some makeup that are in packages do not have testers, only way to try it is to buy it.

And the testers that do not have a pump.. who knows who`s been sticking their finger in the bottle! It`s unhygienic, i think they should allow refunds on makeup.

Yep they return skincare – as long as it`s still sealed/boxed etc. Not sure if they`ll give a voucher or not.

Does priceline refund skincare products or it has the healthy regulation concern as well? It is unopened. Also i bought the product with priceline cludcard voucher. Will they give me another voucher if i can return it?
Just want to know, do they let us return the skincare product or not?
