What Are Your Holy Grail Under Eye Patches

Hello everyone!

Does anyone have any genuinely GOOD under eye patches they swear by?

I feel like so many eye patches are just gimmicky and don’t actually do anything besides feel cold for 10 minutes. I have slight dark under eyes and a little puffiness, especially when I’m tired, and I’m looking for something that actually feels brightening, soothing, and hydrating.

I’ve tried a few (mediheal, biodance, rhode) and most either slide off my face, irritate my eyes, or leave no difference at all once I take them off. I’d love recommendations for ones that actually make you look more awake or smooth out the under-eye area before makeup.

I think I could do with some of these eye patches – great question!

Thank you! I’ve seen Skin Republic around but never actually tried their eye masks. Which variant do you like best? I’m mainly looking for something that helps with puffiness and makes me look a bit more awake before makeup, so I’m happy to hear they make a noticeable difference for you!

Can i suggest ingredients so you have options to choose across varied price points? in case you want to check.

For puffiness, “caffeine” is the active, it constricts blood vessels & reduces fluid pooling temporarily. For dark circles and brightness, “niacinamide & vitamin C” in a patch format have enough contact time to make a difference, (unlike a rinse-off product). For hydration that lasts after removal, “sodium hyaluronate and peptides like palmitoyl tetrapeptide-7 in a hydrogel”.

    Hi OP.

For puffiness=caffeine & green tea extract

For smoothing & hydration=glycerin, hyaluronic acid, panthenol, peptides, beta glucan, & ceramides

Silicone-backed patches also tend to stay put better.

    Hope this helps…

@Stinasbeautyy: I highly rate Skin Republic eye masks – every variant I’ve tried makes a noticeable difference.

BUT, I’m not prone to darkness & I don’t have sensitive skin, so I can’t vouch on those aspects.
