very sensitive and acneprone skin

I have really weird skin. My face is extremely sensitive, acneprone AND oily, not to mention I also have little red veins around the undereye near the nose area. I am trying to search for the best cleanser and moisturiser that will help me but haven’t found it yet. I have used
-dove
-shiseido pureness
-clean and clear sensitive
-clearasil sensitive
-garnier sensitive
-and neautrogena and a whole lot of face creams
NOTHING ever seems to work for me and I have tried so many products aleady. I have a tight budget, which really gets on my nerves. Can anyone PLEASE suggest a good cleanser and moisturiser that might be able to help?

definately use Avene Cleanance cleanser and the skin recover cream. It is a little expensive but Chemist Warehouse have it cheaper ell the time. It is a great product!

I have very similar skin, so I know the problem you are facing. Try to opt for a cream cleanser as they usually don’t have alcohol. Also with sensitive skin it is important to wear an spf 30+ everyday, try one of these perhaps: http://www.beautyheaven.com.au/your-body/suncare/26386-natio-ageless-daily-moisturiser-uv-protection-spf OR http://www.beautyheaven.com.au/skin-care/moisturisers/11916-olay-complete-defence-daily-uv-moisturising-lotion-spf. The Olay one is available in a sensitive formula.
In regards to the red veins, these are broken capillaries and can be fixed with limelight photofacial’s, which are reasonably priced and if you see a professional for that they may also be able to recommend products that will be suitable for your skin.

I would see a beauty therapist or dermatologist to see what exactly is happening with your skin and how to deal with it properly. There are cheap products out there that you can use – but first you need to know what you’re dealing with. Even natural products can be irritating to the skin as essential oils used in many natural products can be just as potentially irritating as chemicals can.

My advice to you is don’t rely on products! But at the same time get to know your skin and seek advice but also taking care of your inside. Please watch this video it will really help you realise some things: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gtl-1Kn8Gps

Also I suggest that if you are not able to see a BT or Derm any time soon then if you must purchase new products for your skin then make sure you select only natural products that will not irritate your sensitive skin. I would look into Kosmea (very good for acne prone skin as well) it is not very expensive but it is gentle and effective 🙂

    Hey there,

Hun, i would highly recommend to see a Doctor or a reputable Beauty Therapist. That way, they can recommend you brands you can use for your skin type. Sometimes certain brands can aggrevate the skin especially you are sensitive like me.

    Hope this helps
