If your dress has a collar I`d say a loose updo – same as suggested to starry-eyed – if there`s any material up near your neck you always look better with you hair up as the hair doesn`t sit so nicely over collars etc…do you get what I mean? 🙂

The collar is a V shape and stops just above the cleavage of your breast (though I have no cleavage!)

How high does the top of the dress come up? By details on the collar do you mean it has an actual collar? (sounds lovely by the way!)

Im wearing a cream nude colour dress, it has details along the collar and falls down just above my knees, it`s not tight but nicely fitted around my body

Ive got a round face with full cheekbones and yes my formal is coming up too!
So I was thinking maybe I could do nice loose curls at just my ends, the length of my hair is just below my sholuders
Im not sure whether to pin it up or let it all down?
