Unisex face creams

What are the actual differences between men’s and women’s face creams? I recently tried two samples – firstly a few of the Sanctum face creams (day cream, night cream, eye cream) and then some men’s face creams (Eyre range). Both smelt spicy, so if you like that sort of smell either sex could wear it. I actually preferred the Eyre creams as they absorbed completely into my skin and left my face feeling lovely and soft. Neither of them left me with a heightened testosterone level so I think they were both safe. (Ooopppsss. I forgot to mention that I’m swinging between trees while typing this.) Is there any real difference in the ingredients?

I`m sure there are a lot of face creams which could be used by both men and women especially the ones with an SPF. Creams like QV don`t have any fragrance so they could be used by both. Some women`s moisturisers have a feminine fragrance/scent to them.

I think some of it comes down to the fragrance but I also was told that men have a different skin make up so they need slightly different bits (so to speak). sort of like mens multi-vitamins and womens are formulated with more and less and extras of some things. apparently their skin is `thicker` than ours and hormones play a part. I don`t know if that is completely accurate but it is something like that.
