The Veronica’s: Scary skinny?

Definately!!!! Love their music!! Not really keen on the black make-up either – they are so young, but I spose thats part of the get up. Down with stick thin. Thins okay (im naturally slim – oh yeah) but curvy would make those girls so much more appealing.

They are both way tooo skinny. One of them has gone blond, which i think looks a bit trashy

Yeah I totally agree with you goddessmagick. I like their music but I dont like how they try to sexualise and make their look more “”mature””. For example, their “”Take Me on the Floor”” music video was kinda inappropriate for their young girls fan base and also some nude photos scandal. I don`t really like skinny girls, although I am naturally skinny girl but I find people with nothing but ribs and bones is disgusting, I don`t think I can even look at it.

Not a fan of these girls myself, but have 2 wonder if it`s a combination of their workloads, Partying, partying, partying… A rock star Image that they are trying to upkeep & who knows but drugs`n`alcohol fuelled lifestyles combined with not enough food all contributes 2 a not so sexy, unhealthy anorexic look! It seems that the waif like junky look is what they are trying 2 achieve. They should realise that many young girls look up to them as role models, and as such it is partly their duty i believe to set the right example. I saw them interviewed on Video Hits the other morning & they seemed more preoccupied with trying 2 sound cool and rockin, and plugging their upcoming tour more than caring about their appearance & music. I think they need some good old fashioned home cooked meals & traditional firm advice about the other side of life.

I was just discussing this issue with my fiance the other day whilst watching “”Take me on the floor”” by The Veronicas on channel V (foxtel). I don`t know their names, but one of them is definetely underweight – it is very obvious. The one with the straight hair in this video (not the one with the krimpy styled hair) is way too thin, her arms look like toothpicks and her face looks gaunt. The other one is skinny too but in my opinion she doesn`t look too thin and still looks healthy, unlike her sister.

I don`t see anything wrong with who Jess kisses? Her sexual preference doesn`t bother me whatsoever. Her avoidance of food however, does!

I`m so glad to hear that other people think that they are too skinny as well. Kind of makes them look like 14 year olds. Would set a better example for all their young female fans if they were a healthier weight (not to mention being healthier for their own sakes).
