Stress And Rashes/Eczema

So, right now i’m in the middle of doing my HSC and i am very stressed because i’m trying to get into a law/arts combined degree. Everytime i get stressed my eczema usually flares up but this is kind of different. I have got alot of pimple-type things along with a rash that looks like big spots that are raised from the skin, they are covering the top of my back, and my shoulder/upper arms. I don’t know what to do, combined with my eczema the burning/itching is getting quite painful and my prescription cream (celestone) is not getting rid of it. Any tips on how i could get rid of it? Any foods i should eat more of? Things i should rub on my skin etc.
Will chamomile do anything for it? I really don’t know what to do =(

I would see a dermatologist and find out what it is – so you know how to treat it properly.

Oh and also – if it`s stress related – taking a high potency vitamin b can help deal with this – I`ve been recommended to take Blackmores Executive B Stress Formula 🙂

Have you thought about getting an allergy test hun?
I get eczema and i used to get rashes and those yucky bumps. I found out i was lactose intolerant and once i cut that out the rashes went.
