You`ve come to the right place Pretty in Pink, another remedy is if possible ask family and friends to lighten your load in exchange for some me time by helping you with your children. Hope this along with other supportive advice helps you arrive at a happier place!!

Big hugs and kisses with endless blessing to you and your family!!

    I exercise 3 -5 times a week to combat stress – I used to drink 2-3 drinks a night but now I only have 2-3 a week!
I feel healthy and have dropped 20kg!

Thank you to everyone for all your wonderfully helpful advice. I have started getting up an hour earlier to exercise and hopefully not be interupted and have to stop and when my love is home we are doing boxing training together (he works away). I have just starting taking evening primrose oil as of lunch time today. Still haven`t managed to find any time to meditate but will keep trying. I do have a pet and as cute as he is he does add more stress. He is a chihuahua x puppy so he is full of energy and barks all the time but we are working on it. I like the pillow idea Style Queen and definately plan to give that a try. As for having a bath, walking away from the situation or going to the bathroom on my own, impossible. That is part of the problem there is no doing anything on my own. There is no time out and no walking away. I just get followed. Which is great most of the time except when i`m about to boil over and there is no escape. Hopefully the techniques I can try will sort me out. Thanks for all your help and I`ll let you all know how it goes. xxx

I swear by yoga, I usually only manage to get fit it in once a week but it really makes me feel better for the whole week! I find another great way is if I get stressed/pissed off at the office or at home is go into the bathroom and close my eyes for a minute – no one will bother you (trust me haha) – and just take a few deep breaths. You can lock the door and just sort through things without anyone talking to you or any outside distractions!
