Starting anti aging – When?

I was recently told that you should start to use anti aging products before you need them as prevention is better than cure. In this case what sort of anti aging should one use? There are so many out there targeting many different aging concerns, I am confused!

Many persons can utilize the anti-aging items whenever according to their wants, yet before utilizing any anti-aging t item, those must make certain that every single such item give an actual outcome with much perfection.

Woah, theres a 16 and 17yr old on the Olay bandwagon.. so i guess i might try it out, im 18 and i guess im curious what would work for younger skin that gives the same benefits of smoother skin like an anti-aging.

Anti-Aging products covers a huge range of products and ingredients. the sun accounts for 95% of skin aging so sun protection is one of the greatest anti-aging products you could use and you should start now. another factor of aging is the free radicals from the sun – the hydroxyl radicals so skin care with anti-oxidant protection is important – someting with vitamins a, c and e. and keeping your skin hydrated is vital because the proteins in your skin depend on a moist environment to recreate. so skin care should start very young and from the age of about 12/13 include sun protection (broad spectrum) antioxidants and hydrating ingredients. Hope this helps!

As far as `Anti-aging` is concerned, I think there probably isn`t a set time or age when you need to start using them because everyone doesn`t show signs of aging at the same age due to life style factors etc. Probably what is important is to start young to delay aging. Just look after your skin, eat healthy, exercise, and most importantly, wear sunscreen!

I have also heard the if you use anti-age products when you are young it is not beneficial to your skin, quite the reverse. One of the reasons is because they are super moisturising most of the time which for some reason will not benefit your young skin. I`m not sure of the other reasons though.

Just in an addition to my previous comment, on the other hand, after reading some rave review about the Nivea Q10 night cream being apparently just as good as La Mer (which tempted me to try it out!) I find this cream great for night time I don`t think it`s too much for my skin – like I said you just have to be careful, try different products out if you want to, everything will be different for everyone due to different skin type, age etc.
