Sleeping PLEASE HELP

If I try to go to sleep on my back but i just cant and must turn to my stomach to be able to fall asleep. Only problem with this is im having an operation on my face soon and i wont be able to sleep that way for a few weeks (at least) after it. Does anyone know how you can train yourself to be able to go to sleep on your back?? Please help

I suffered from insomnia and understand how frustrating it is trying to sleep. I would suggest you get extremely sleepy before going to bed so that as soon as you lay down your off to sleep. if you worry about sleeping on your side it will make it much harder to get to sleep. If you need help getting tried try this youtube clip, seems a bit weird but it worked for me.
