Semi Permanent Eyelashes

Hi there,

can someone tell me if they have tried this procedure. Is it really worth it to spend a couple of hundred dollars for something like this? How long does it last? Can you tell they are fake? Where is a reputable place to go to get this done? Thanks

Wow, I`d only heard of the Ardell Brow and Lash Growth Accellerator til now. Is there a link for this Jan Marini product or a product name? I`d be keen to try this out, sounds like it works really well!

i`d never heard of the jan marini product – it sounds fabulous but expensive! tho at least we know it works thanks to your intrepid testing muraljewel! might be one to save up for. i have had lash tinting before, i have dark skin and wasn`t expecting much joy, but was surprised at what a difference it makes. also benefit`s badgal lash (they should pay me for the constant advertising, but alas they don`t) is fantastic for short stubby lashes like mine. i haven`t been brave enough to get a lash perm, you girls think it`s the way to go?

Try eyelash perming or tinting lasts along time gives effect of fullness and color and from afar eyes come out.Try these much better than losing your natural lashes

Does the product only increase length or bulk up as well?

i love the sound of the jan marini product. i`m going to check this out this arvo. my sister was blessed with thick dark lashes, i got the more sparse set. i think she took some of my share so if it costs me 140bucks so be it.

i had my friend do it for me for free
it takes her 2 hours to do both eyes because i had long but fine lashes and apparently unruly too. lol
it can take a bit of getting used to, but i love it
and i cant wait til my friend can do it again as they have since fallen off.
i will suggest DIYers to check the age of the glue, get good glue, dont use HUGE lashes when you only got thin shor natural lashes for support. when going to a salon to do it, have a comprehensive consultation to see what option is available and good for you. check out their glue, what brand, and lash sizes etc.

Thanks for all the information, I too have short lashes and just want them to be a little longer and to curl. Some of the procedures seem okay priced. Thanks

    The Jan Marini product works!

If you want lashes though, Graft a Lash is fantastic. I had it done for my wedding the first time and I love it! I`ve got short, and not very thick lashes. It cost about $100 for a full set, and they stay on till your natural lash does (just like hair). You can go for regular maintenance if you want to keep the look, and the price varies depending on the amount you need replaced.

That`s fantastic murljewel!! I`ll definitely be giving it a go. I remember seeing an ad for this product in a magazine while waiting at the doctors not long ago and meant to do some research on it, except I forgot the brand name. Considering I was willing to spend over a hundred every month or so for semi permanent eyelashes IF they were good, $140USD isn`t too bad for real long eyelashes as it actually works!
