Remodelling my room a bit!

Hey all, i am thinking of puchasing new modern furniture from Ikea for my bedroom. My bedroom is pretty small and i need help on what colour walls shall i paint it. My furniture is mainly black/brown and white, i have no idea what colour would suit them any ideas? Thanks!

    id probably suggest white, because if it doesnt suit you can paint any colour you want over it

    I have a couple of ideas (I`ve done up and sold three houses for quals!).

    *If you want to make the room seem bigger paint the walls white or atleast an offwhite.
    *To keep it looking `big` keep the furniture & decor mainly white too!
    *If you want to warm it up (say, if it is on the south side) add a warm (but light coloured) hue.
    *If the room is on the north and gets very hot, maybe a pale cool hue would be beautiful.
    *If you are replacing the floor, go for a pale or white colour – this is modern & enlarging.

    I`ve got some more ideas but these are good starting basics! Have fun!
