Has anyone tried the Red Earth Foundations? Are they worth trying?

They are pretty nice, creamy and easy to blend. I like the perfect definition one 🙂

You just need to read the ingredients label on any brand of product to see that it doesn`t matter if you`re buying Australis, Red Earth, Napoleon or MAC, they all have similar basic ingredients like talc, mica, titanium dioxide, silica, dimethicone, etc, etc, etc… I prefer the colours and pallettes that Red Earth do as opposed to Australis… for me I`m not really a brand junkie, I go for the texture, the colours, the longevity, etc. But I definitely find that with higher priced brands eyeshadows wear longer without creasing and have a better texture, blendability and finish… Some of the best wearing eyeshadows would have to be Bare Escentuals Glimmers – just crushed minerals, no fillers, so they really go a long way… 😉

I`m so gonna be there! 🙂 I really like some Maxfactor products. I luurve their Linemaker liquid eyeliner – how bad am I…? it`s waterproof, so I wear it to the beach! lol it really stays on, yes even boarding, snorkelling… hehehe… i love it!

I really hope I can find the red earth disco angel glitters that I was rambling on about – I will totally stock-up! 🙂

  • I went last year and they had products by Covergirl and Maxfactor for as little as a $1. It`s well worth checking out. they`re based in Mt Waverley, Victoria.

Red Earth is part of the Heat Group so you may like to contact their head off and ask if they stock this line anywhere else. their website is http://www.heatgroup.com.au. if you are from Melbourne you may like to go to their factory outlet sale which they have twice a year. I think they have a sale open to the public in February and November. if you go on their mailing list they will let you know when their next sale is on.

I bought the Red Earth Disco Angel Shimmer/Glitter powders a few months ago and love them – I went to purchase another for when I ran out, but it seems they have discontinued this line! gggrrrr… if anyone sees this range anywhere, please let me know! 🙂
