what the heck is it used for
Bloom have a great primer and it`s all natural with essential oils so it`s good for the skin too and a lot cheaper than the other brands 🙂
Do you need primaer under mineral makeup? ( because that`s my latest fad!)
napoleon primer is great
I use Napoleon Auto Pilot Primer everyday and its just great! It makes makeup stay on longer and makes foundation glide on more smoothly.
