The problem is that with just typing, comments can come across much more harshly than intended. Another problem is, like I mentioned before, some of us have been here so long that we`ve seen so many scammers that you just start to lose patience.

But I think some people are mistaking this thread for a bitchy, bullying thread, when it was actually started to vent about the pointless posters. Asides from contacting BH about it, there`s nothing else we can do, hence we have a little vent in here when we`re frustrated! I have learnt myself that nothing you say to the scammers is going to make a difference, but of course sometimes you just want to offload your frustration, hence I come to this thread!

I agree about the reviews because they get an average rating and sometimes if that rating is quite low I won`t even look at the product but people doing useless reviews who haven`t even tried the product will be effecting the ratings and screwing things up. How do you rate something you haven`t tried? It`s also frustrating because the info you put in is basically a justification for the rating, so you`ve got to try it. I love the fact that you can see peoples` beauty issues because you can find someone with similar skin, hair etc and see how things work for them, it`s brilliant, we don`t want freeloaders stuffing that up for the rest of us. First and foremost this is an information site about beauty products and issues, not a freebie site.
