I go on and on about this remedy all the time but I find it works, I made it for a couple of friends and my sister and they all swear by it too.
I make a massage oil with rose absolute, clary sage, geranium, sweet majoram and sometimes jasmine absolute. These oils have particular properties that help with bloating, hormonal imbalace (which causes mood swings etc), cravings, pain and spasming and most other symptoms of PMT/S. since I`ve been using this I have never had a problem and even used it after the birth of my baby to help re-balance the hormones when the baby blues hit. this is my life saver. if you are not interested in making it yourself you could consult an aromatherapist and they could make it for you, it just works out much much more expensive. lol 🙂
