The moment I react to anything like that I take an antihistamine. I don’t like relying on drugs, but a reaction like that doesn’t sound good and sometimes the body needs a helping hand.

And from now on spot test every product on the inside of your arm where the skin is very soft.

Massage your skin with Olive or coconut, some moisturizers or products might affect depending on various skin conditions so the cream you have been purchased might not be right for you. Use only mild soap or glycerine soap for bathing. Reduce the number of times you wash your face. Wash with fresh milk in the morning (not too cold or hot). Apply milk cream on lips also on your face. this will make your skin smooth and normal again.

Definitely contact the supplier, sounds like a reaction they should offer you advice or at the very least a refund 🙁

I would say Amen to all the other replies, and try something natural and for sensitive skin. I am having success at the moentn with Dr. Lewinns. It has calmed down my redness a lot, and a friend of mine has definite success with Aveda All Sensitive Range, and has been using it for years. I would say it is something in the products you are using that your skin doesn’t agree with.

I had something similar. After years of using nivea creams on my face my skin suddenly became sensitised to them and got really itchy, tight and rashy. I just used some really plain products on my face after that, but natural ones like Trilogy and Jurlique are great for my skin too.

Wow that is horrible…. maybe opt for all natural ingredients products i find them very good for sensitive skin. no nasty chemicals etc. hope it goes down asap!!! Good luck!! I feel for u 🙁

Definitely agree with shull switch to some light natural products, preferably ones with a faint fragrance, not to heavy, A’kins 24 hour pure unscented range is great!

similar thing happened to me when i used an olay serum for the first time. It went away by itself within 24 hours. From memory i didnt apply anything to it, just left it alone, but i havent used the olay product again (luckily it was just a sample but i was reall looking forward to using it).

Hi it sounds like you’ve had an allergic reaction to the products you’re using – they look like little red, hot bumps that are very itchy and sore to the touch. Definitely stop applying your new skincare and switch to a soothing range for sensitive skin like Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser and Moisturiser or Moo Goo MSM cream. They will slowly ease the itching and help to repair the damaged skin. If you experience any swelling/severe itching see your GP straight away as you might need some cortisone cream
