Ladies, I wouldn`t focus on them too much. I think Style Queen is right, they`re hormonal. Don`t treat them, I`m pretty sure our sensitive receptors aren`t meant to be messed with in that way (toner, cleanser etc). If you`re getting blind pimples on them, only then would I start to worry 🙂

i used to get that too until i stopped using a bodywash with witch hazel in it – witch hazel is supposed to unclog your pores but it actually clogged mine.

Do you exfoliate yur body? Do include your boobies, just be very gentle.

Have you taken any type of medication? Anti-biotics once made me get a rash just on my chest area.. attractive NOT!

How about trying to wash them with gentle cleanser? If they`re pimples then the way to deal with them is to use gentle products, not irritate them more with harsh products like Neutrogena, Proactive etc. that contains salicylic acid – sometimes way too harsh for delicate skin. Try using Cetaphil or QV wash, avoid scrubbing the area, and avoid all washes that has coconut-derived ingredients as they can make it worse.

Have you just started exercising? I find when I aerobics or running I often get a few little pimples there too – maybe from sweating / clothes rubbing. Are they actually pimples or are they more of a pimply rash? I don`t know if would help but perhaps changing to a cotton bra (if you don`t already wear them of course).
