I`ve used peroxide products before (mouthwashes and toothpaste) and you definitely notice the difference. Bit turned off the mouthwash though, it made my teeth whiter, but it also made the mucosal lining of my mouth and tongue slough off, which was totally gross and kind of scary. I wouldn`t buy the mouthwashes again, since I used it strictly as directed, and this skin peeling thing was definitely not something I expected!

You can buy toothpaste with peroxide already in it. Might be easier to take than gargling the stuff 🙂

You should be able to buy peroxide suitable for mouth wash at the chemist – chemists are a wealth of information – I always go to them first before the doctor (for say coughs, sniffles, skin irritations, fungal infections or any other strange skin conditions) They can recommend a treatment without the need to pay $60 for the Doc or they will tell you to see a doctor if they think it requires medical attention.

In a diluted form (50/50 with water) and do not keep it in your mouth for more than 30 seconds and don`t swallow obviously. Although I haven`t tried it. Maybe you could talk to your dentist or even your local chemist.
