no!no! On Blonde Hair…?

I was looking through a Shaver Shop catalogue this morning and they had the no! no! in there, claiming that it “works on all skin and hair colours”.

I was kind of under the impression it would only work on dark hair, as with all laser hair removal systems and I’ve also read that said about the no! no!.

My question is; has anyone with light hair used the no! no! and found it to work? I would really like to try it but I don’t want to spend $300 if it isn’t going to work on my hair…
