NEW!! Revlon Color Stay Mineral Mousse Foundation!

I was VERY excited to see this at the Revlon counters today! I’m not sure what Revlon are like in terms of their mineral lines being made without nasties, I’m just always on the lookout for that ‘perfect’ foundation – aren’t we all!! http://mineralmakeup.revlon.com.au/
Application was very easy, moves well. The finish is matte and the coverage is medium but is buildable. The feel is really nice, it’s like Maybelline’s liquid Mousse foundation, this one is actually lighter and nicer to wear however provides better cover and more realistic tones to choose from. I applied this over moisturiser and just before sweating it out at the gym for an hour and a half. Then did some errands, hit the beach for a quick few rays and it still stayed nicely, without primer or powder! I liike the tube, this means you can keep it in your handbag if needed. Really liked this!! Lets see if it’s in the product list to leave this as a review…..

    I have been wanting to try their mineral mousse makeup and after reading the comments here, am definately going into myers or priceline to try to find which colour if any would best suite my skin.
    I like that they have a few different options for light skin tone, as I have a very very pale olive complexion so yellow tones actually work for me, as compared to pinker tones.

    Hi SparklesSuzi – I tried three colours and they all had yellow undertones. There are about 6 colours in the range so not sure what the other 3 were like
    Ladies Myer has GWP on Revlon at the mo!!

    So excited to hear a product truly is matte! So hard to find that perfect one. Will definately be popping in to my local priceline to pick my shade (undoubtably though I will be the lightest).

    Oh, FYI: Priceline offering 20 bonus points when purchasing this foundation.

    Oh wow girls you now have me excited over the product!

    Just a question on undertones of the colours, I have a yellow undertone and find most supermarket makeup is pink – how does this one rate?

    It does glide doesn`t it. Gee wizz I certainly am ranting and raving ahaha! It is so smooth, applies so nicely! Love it, new fave hehe

    I have this product and i can tell you it is so easy to apply it just glides on, now i`ve used it i wont be using anthing else for a while.

    Hi Hely! Oh yes, definately get oily EVERYWHERE usually! I have extremely oily skin, this one went the distance, after the gym and errands – I`m impressed! I was in Myer looking at it again hehe and the lady at the counter did mention to me it was extremely matte. Maybe it might not be so good for drier skins? For me – perfecto yay!

    Sharing my frustration are you astarael7! lol.

    I`ve been using mineral foundation (resulted in ordering online as they catered brilliantly to pale skin).

    I`m just looking out for a good liquid one that I can pop on for days that I need my foundation to really work well past the 12 hour mark.
