New Equibibrium Skincare

There was another one yesterday that I believe had a malicious link on it. Really nice people.

I have been reporting it to BH on a daily basis but Blubarry just keeps comming back, do they not notice their posts are getting deleted, what a knob, LOL.

Watch out for those threatening books!!! LOL!!

ahhh there was a threat started on this book, which i read and was very intruiged. I think I will get Segal`s book on Skin as well as Baumann`s The Skin Type Solution that way i can refer to both of them. Plus I am sure the female`s in my family would read it too so it will go to good use !
i am quite interested in the New Equilibrium skin care as I want to get my next lots of skin care products to be a lot more natural as my adult acne is almost gone !

I thought it was a good read, only took me about an hour or so to read the whole thing coz once I started reading it I couldn`t put it down, lol. If you are thinking of reading a good skincare book, the most beneficial one I have read was The Skin Type Solution book, it gives you a questionaire on your skin to help determine your skin type and then offers you heaps of products solutions, ingredients that are good for your skin type and ones to avoid, it is fantastic they pretty much nailed it when I read about my skin type, they have 16 different skin types and yours fits into one of them, lol I am writing a mini review here, sorry darl, getting off track but seriously its a great book, they have a website if you want to check it out.
