Need help

I neep some help in draughting an email to Dove. I purchased a moisturing lotion & it was missing a seal. I’m not sure to whom I need to send the email to, and how to explain that the seal was missing. Mind you I have been using Ponds for years & this is the first time I’m had a problem.

Any suggestions?

    They sent me a $10 Coles gift card for the replacement of the goods. I was a little disappointed with that though. I really was hoping for a replacement bottle. Never mind.
