*nail bitting!* _and acne scars_

help! i bite my nails so so much! i chow them down til there is hardly anything left then stil find myself biting them! they look really gross. what can i do to stop it? the yucky tasting nail polish you can get to stop the biting doesn’t work:(. and i also have slight acne scaring. should i try vitamin e or something??
someone help please!

    cool, yesterday i bought a pack of gum and tried that one out. it worked quite well, but remembering to chew it instead of my nails took me a while and a few times i forgot .but im gona keep trying with it 🙂
