micro dermabrasion

I`ve never tried any of the at home kits, but did have one microdermabrasion at my beauty therapist. You`re apparently meant to do six sessions for best results, but I only had one and my skin felt unreal. Something really fun about getting all those icky blackheads sucked out!
My skin felt so clean and smooth for weeks!
Do the at home ones have the same effect?
