Again, we would like to sincerely apologise to you and the rest of our online customers for any inconvenience the hacking has caused you. We are still waiting on the results of our forensic investigation to come through and Lush fully intends to share this information with the public, as soon as it becomes available to us.
We hope that by notifying our online customers on the day we discovered the breach that we were able to minimise the chance of any fraudulent activity occurring on our customers’ credit cards.
We immediately took down our website when we discovered the breach and it will be closed permanently until the launch of a brand new Lush website within the next eight weeks.
