the best fool proof eyeliner is the sharpie looking one by bourjois. as its like a pen its easy to use and ew a few brandnavigate across the eyelid. i find that if u carefully pull the corner of your eye outward you get a straight line you can then easily draw a thin or thick line of liner it doesnt have to be liquid this trick helps me get a perfect line for kohl liners aswell. hope this helps.
I think quits do a pen style one, I have an NP that is waterproof and doesn`t budge, only downfall is it dries out fast 🙁

It definately takes time and concentration. I always keep a cotton bud handy to wipe any little slip ups. I found one in my local pharmacy called Catwalk. It was a cheap one but it really works wonders. I also have Avon ones but they tend to sting my eyes a bit.

liquid eyeliner is amazing when its put on right, but you need a steady hand because you might get it in your eye ball. and thats no good

make sure to hold the edge so you are stretching the skin of your eye so it can go along smoothly, then do a quick stroke across, go lightly on the inside then put a lil bit more pressure as you go on the outside if you want the line a lil bit thicker there.
I find if you use the eyeliner brush in your brush kit its heaps easier. -

i usually start from the middle, if i`m confident enough i`d do it in a single stroke.. it also has a lot to do with the quality of your liquid liner, i`ve used a mediocre liner and it was an epic fail…
