liquid eyeliner

ive heard and read good reviews about the maybeline liquid liner. apparently it has really good staying power and doesnt budge at all.

My secret trick is a good thin brush and Napoleon cake liner. Its hard, then you add water (or Napoleon Cake Sealer) and brush on. Super simple, never too runny and gives a great line.

TIP: If you are experiencing problems when applying a liquid eyeliner, try applying a creme-gel eyeliner. These come in pots and can be applied with a thin angle brush. They are really easy to use and last longer than liquid liner too.

my 2005 new years resolution was to learn how to use liquid eyeliner (i like to keep my goals achievable!)
i gave it a try every week (usually on a weekend morning so that the pressure was off) and i was ok by Easter and an expert by july. practice makes perfect!
i really like the nutrimetics one in `silver smoke`. it`s a lovely pewter colour.

For applying you need a very steady hand and twitch free eye! I would suggest (for top lashes) run the eyeliner against/ as close as possible to your eyelashes. Sometimes I have to pull my eyelashes a bit (hold the eyelidaway from the eye) so I can do it easier.

takes time to masteer it!
taut your lid with a q-tip instead of your finger otherwise it may cause wrinkles
