i know it sounds corny, but check out your diet.

if you`re not eating right and exercising enough, it`ll definitely show in your hair, making it dull, limp and lifeless.

Are you using too much conditioner or rich products?

Don`t keep using the same shampoos/conditioners/other hair products. Use other brands every now and then, as using the same stuffs over and over again can cause product build-up, regardless product`s quality.

yeah absolutely it could be product built up, maybe the products your using just arent right for yoru hair. Try buying shamppos/conditioners specifically for dull ahir, ones that repair damage and ad shine. Ask your hairdresser what his/her thoughts are too, maybe she will have some more professional tips! Sometimes at certain times of the month my hair becomes greasy and dull, and often limp so that could be a potential factor too. You might have to shop around for a product that works and try using volumising or structering sprays to get some life into your hair . Good luck!

It could be the product you`re using. Just a build up of that product can make your hair look limp, it`s important to find a product that suits your hair the best. Maybe you could speak to your hairdresser or go to Hairhouse warehouse or Price attack and ask them there to see what they reccommend, as the product you have may not be working for your hair. There are also shampoos and conditionors that give your hair a shine and other products such as serums that can make your hair shine but I would suggest to talk to a hairdresser first as they can reccommend the right product for you.
