Hi @Aimee1, sorry for the late reply, but in case you’re still looking for answers, this was the article that helped me make the decision to buy one.

I’ve been using mine a couple of times a week for a few years, I’m not 100% sure how much difference it makes in terms of fine lines, but I do know that it helped my skin to heal the time I caused mild damage to my skin barrier. I don’t think it had any effect in my hyperpigmentation

My best friend swears by her LED mask. She even lent it to her boys to clear up their pimples. It worked on them too. She did a LOT of homework and chose one that was FDA approved. Not cheap. She spent $500

Yes, LED masks can help with fine lines and pigmentation with regular use, especially those with red and infrared light as they boost collagen and improve skin tone . You can try brands like LumaLux or other multi-light LED masks. Thanks

Hi OP. LED masks can help. Red light has some evidence for supporting collagen production/improving skin texture over time, so it can help soften the look of fine lines. Blue or near-infrared light can support overall skin condition as well, but results are usually gradual/subtle. For post-menopausal skin, they can be a nice supportive treatment. For pigmentation, results are more limited. LED can help with overall skin tone but it’s not a primary treatment for deeper pigmentation.

Yes, premium options would be the best but since expensive, mid is okay if you find the right one.

LED masks can help improve fine lines and pigmentation over time, but results vary—look for dermatologist‑approved https://www.peryourhealth.com.co brands like CurrentBody or Dr. Dennis Gross for reliable options.

For pigmentation results are more limited. It can help overall tone slightly, but it’s not a main treatment for deeper spots. You’d still rely more on ingredients like vitamin C, niacinamide, or retinoids for that. If choosing one, focus on devices that offer red light (around 630–660 nm).

Never used one but do know that they are expensive so would be a good idea if you find the right one to use.
