IS A RELATIONSHIP BREAKUP WITH YOUR FIANCE A GOOD EXCUSE FOR GETTING PAMPERED

🙁 I just broke up with my fiance a few days ago and I’m a bit glum as expected

I never pamper myself and dont even really wear makeup other than eyeliner and clear lip gloss and feel like this is an “excellent excuse” to go get a facial or something and pamper myself but feel a little guilty for some reason……But it’s going to add to my health and well being so why not?…..

My womment will make no sense once Jean194`s comment is removed, but I would love to quote Rebecca Bloomwood from Confessions of a Shopaholic “”[people] like you are the reason I left Finland!”” 😀

Thanks for deleting the spam post Ms Jelena referred to BH. Great work!!

Johnsgirl everyone deserves some pampering, especially when you are feeling down in the dumps. You should be kind to yourself. Some lovely treatments will be very enjoyable and help you to relax. Maybe have a facial one week and a mani/pedi the next week and a body treatment the week after. You never know you might just get hooked and start to pamper as a regular thing and why not?

That must have been a real kick in the guts johnsgirl and I can imagine you have every emotion from anger, to hate to pain and hurt.I think now is a great time to have a facial, and also follow up at home with lots of pampering and care.Take a deep breath, hold your head high and move forward every day. Just remember, what he did was due to his weakness. You have the right idea, just take care of YOU!

Of course! my fiance was recently hospitalised and my lovely thoughtful friend came and picked me up for a hours break and took me to have a 1 hour facial. I didn`t realise how much I needed to relax and just be me for 60 mins I returned to the hospital so calm and ready to be there for him. He really noticed how happy I was too and he said how pleased he was I took a little time out for myself.

If anyone needs a good pamper that would do it but as women i think we are entitled to a good pamper every once in a while anyway. I think its a great way to wind down, destress and relax and get our thoughts together. Sorry to hear about your breakup Johnsgirl, hope things go ok for you now and you get lots of support.

Like scent said, nobody needs an excuse to get pampered. It might make you feel better but if it doesn`t don`t feel bad. Admittedly, I`ve never had a facial or massage but I`m sure it would be a great way to relax. Everyone has different ways of dealing with things. I hope you can find a way to deal with this heartache.
