Hyperpigmentation recommendations or treatments

Hello there, about a year ago I had a bad IPL burn in my skin, and leaving a mark on my face that cause an hyperpigmentation, I tried Tretinoin but is too drying, so far I tried Cosrx dark spot serum, but still a bit of hyperpigmentation, any recommendations?

    G’day, @Yamilefr1!

    I love my home IPL machine (won on Bh, years ago), but I’ve never had any burns. Rosehip oil is great for red spots left by healed zits, but I don’t know about hyperpigmentation. If you still have the Tretinoin, I’d top it with rosehip oil to counteract the dryness. Sorry, that’s the only help I can offer.

    Hi Yami. Focus on gentle correction + strict protection. I’d shift toward barrier support first (ceramides & hydration), daily high SPF (30 or 50), & gentler brightening ingredients (niacinamide/azelaic acid/alpha arbutin). Hope this helps!
