Another vote for the Peter Thomas Roth powder sunscreen, its soooo handy, it has a retractable brush and its great for applying sunscreen when you already have make up on!! Love it.

I think the reapplication every 2-4 hours would be for anyone in direct sunlight. However if you are inside working in an office etc for the day, you could probably get away with the spf makeup products just when you are planning on stepping outside. Probably best to just use minimal makeup if you are outside, like at the beach where you need to reapply your sunscreen regularly, something like the Invisible Zinc Tinted Daywear is perfect for a makeup/sunscreen combo that I would use and easily reapply if I were off to indulge in outdoor leisure, and leave the full face of makeup for indoor affairs 🙂

I’ve always wondered how I’m meant to reapply sunscreen if I have make up on? Even if the make up has SPF (usually only goes up to 15) you still need to reapply sunscreen every 2-4 hours, and I don’t think a swipe of face powder would be enough (and imagine having to reapply powder every 2 hours! Your face would crumble….!!)

I carry peter thomas roth’s instant mineral SPF 30 with me as its in a powder form and I just sweep it over my makeup. It doesn’t alter the way my makeup looks at all, and is great because it fits perfectly in my hand bag and it ensures that i am protected from the sun at any time of the day.

OK – I had just removed some posts where I suggested you may be promoting this site for some reason, as I wanted to give you the benefit of the doubt. But this is at least the 4th post I’ve come across today with you promoting the Beauty Club site… Suspicious much?
I wrote that review, my apologies, I should have just pasted my review here instead.
No worries, it just seemed like a lot of posts with links to the Beauty Club. There’s been some spamming on this site before and I just wondered.
I understand. I only get to come on here when I have a sick day so i go a bit nuts putting my two cents in as I LOVE everything beauty. But i also shop from skinstore.com, benefit.com, asos.com (for NARS), clinique.com.au and of course myer/DJ’s. I also go crazy on clothes forums with my favourite websites (vogue forum). But beauty wise, i find the conversation to be a lot better on BH and members really know their stuff.
Nothing wrong with sharing the love between the sites, and good to hear of others that are useful. Enjoy your day and sorry for being a suspicious meanie when you are not well! 🙂
