help my hairs thinning

from years of contant dying and heat styling my hair has become really thin! does anyone have any tips on making hair look fuller especially at the front? creams, styling tips anything i need help!

    Try taking silica gel. You can get it from health shops and some chemists. It`s done amazing things for my hair.

    there are some good hair dressers on this site so hopefully they can be more helpful but you might be able to try products with rosemary as it may help increase circulation which in turn may help with new growth. GHD do a really good fat hair styling product too which adds a lot of volume.
    also ask tracey and the BH team, they have great knowledge.
