HELP ME double chin
whats a good exercise to get rid of that double chin 🙂

While you are working on that chin, you could also try this make-up technique – with your blush brush use a warm tan coloured powder (just a small amount, so tap your brush first) and sweep back and forth underneath/behind your “”first”” chin – remember to blend well into your neck. I find this helps to give definition. I don`t exactly have a “”double”” chin, more a poorly defined chin/neck delineation, but I use this technique every day. All the best!

i wanted to know this for a friend a while ago! we looked it up and found there are a few exercises you can do. One is : Hold your head up and look forward, now open your mouth as wide as you possibly can and hold it for ten seconds. Repeat this several times. And for faster results you can hold a tennis ball under your chin to having harder resistance. It worked for my friend, but she also lost a lot of weight. Hope this might help 🙂
