I`ve never really been on a `diet` but I do try & eat right. My favourite snacks are whole grain crackers with mustard, tomato & low fat cheese or ham, rice/corn thins with ricotta or cottage cheese, almonds & low fat yogurt. Not quite sure where those come on the low carb/low sugar thing though, but they`re yummy & good for you. Good luck with it.

I like to make sure my children eat healthy and they L O V E apple with natural yoghurt (low fat is good) and cinnamon. My daughter takes it to school for recess. I dislike yoghurt but I can eat this and enjoy it. It is well worth a try I think you will be pleasantly surprised.

Mariesa222 , thanks for the link to the site! I find keeping a food diary the best method to keep an eye on my food intake, but I am always losing it! Doing it online is the perfect option.
