Have I got my make-up all wrong.

The person may have come onto BH not knowing what its all about.

She may have though ill give this a go and see what happens.

Then i think she was scared away but everyones negativity.

I usually just use nail polish lol, i don’t mind nail art but i just don’t have the patience lol. I’ll take a look a the shoes thread 🙂 I don’t mind heels, I’ll wear them at night but I like strappy ones lol.

Oh wow 🙂 I find with strappy shoes I’m actually able to walk better in them as they are strapped to my feet lol. Normal heels like pumps always seem to not stay on right, like the back always comes up and my foot doesn’t stay in them.

Don’t mean to but into your conversation but I used to have the same issue with pumps. But when I was in the US I met this wonderful sales assistant at a shoe store that pointed me to shoe inserts. If you find the heels of your pumps flying up a lot there are a few things you can do if pumps are a main option for work where they don’t allow open-toe shoes.

This is of course if you didn’t already know about these things… but there’s an insert you can put under the pad of your foot to boost and push it up against the back of the shoe, or a heel insert that you can put in to help the show grip your heel a bit better. You can get good quality ones at most chemists.

Some people will say it’s that you’re not wearing the right size shoes but by and large it’s the fact that everyone’s foot is a teeny bit different.

Do u wear pump and closed toe shoes more or open toe?
and ur totaly right anyway – everyones foot is not the same and no show make has uniform widths at each area of the foot. So i know madden shose are great for my shape but i find that guess (thoi LOVE them) are much less comfy. it all varies so ur right, the best idea is to go a teny bit larger and then fill or pad in the gaps. U cant chop aaway part of the foot!

Clearly the original intended idea got self sabotaged, and didnt jive so good with most of what we do here.

To Disco –
I have never used gel liners so thats prob something to consider. I know hw to make my look work but i think im doing a stone age version that iven ever bothered to experiment or change for like 10yrs. As for about my nails, yep – totaly adapted. Being without my claws is what wud seem weird,and like i was not all there. And no sweat about pics – some ppl do it more than others, this is not a plac about showing stuf anyway, only if ppl feel like it.

Kandee is really good, she does a lot of costume makeup which is always fun to watch. I love watching her videos. I also like allthatglitters21 and also juicystar07 as well. Michelle phan is the most well known beauty guru on youtube, she also has millions of videos on eye makeup looks.

Like u said – experimenting is key, i just havent done a lot with many make up and beuty topic areas but in nails ive tried and learnt the best ways for care, also hair im pretty good. but i use simple means, also as a geneal rule in how i run my life. Same like for the modern wirld im kinda off the grid for online, i chat , but i dont use FB and some other places.
(and btw if you love shoes, esp heels, check out the OMG shoes thread, and tell me what types u like, ill prob have saved links of something good)
