Foundation for 40 with oily skin??

Anyone use a foundation that doesn’t slide off? I am 40 and have oily skin. Most of the age appropriate foundations are aimed at dry skin and are no use to me at all. I would love to find a foundation that I put on before work and still looks good by lunchtime. Any suggestions???

I`m 38 and I have oily skin everywhere on my face except between my nose and mouth! I also have a ruddy complexion and huge pores, so I need good coverage.

I`ve tried a lot of different brands of foundation over the years and the one I`m using now is Este Lauder`s Double Wear (bought from David Jones). Almost every other foundation that I had tried would go shiny in under 2 hours and slide off entirely in under 4 hours, even in the middle of winter. I use the Double Wear liquid foundation and, after contouring, highlighting and blush (yes, I really do all of that every time I apply makeup), I set it with the matching Double Wear powder. I find that it will then last about 4 hours before I need to use the powder again to take the shine off. Even when I haven`t had a chance to redo the powder, it`s still been there with as much coverage after 8 hours as it had when I applied it.

Try Eles mineral foundation – heaps of rave reviews on the liquid to powder (including my own). I have dry skin but suffer from oily tzone – my makeup used to slide off my face after a few hours – but the eles liquid to powder controls my shine and stays put!

Joey Pure Pores is my ultimate foundation!…Jacq and I can vouch for that…(read the reviews) well I sure can anyway…I have oily/comb skin and I find it tops the lot for my skin…but I do vary foundations depending on the weather…but in summer when it`s hot and humid…Joey all the way.
